Celecoxib should be used with caution in:

Caution should be considered when driving motor vehicles or operating machines because Agilecox 100 may cause headache, dizziness.
|Interactions, incompatibilities of medicine||
Celecoxib metabolism is mediated via cytochrome P450 2C9 in the liver. Pharmacokinetics of celecoxib may be influenced when celecoxib is co-administered with P450 2C9 inhibitors. Therefore, attention should be paid to the coadministration.
|Undesirable effects (ADRs)||
In general, undesirable effects of celecoxib at usual doses are mild and primarily relevant to GI tract. Adverse reactions which mostly lead to discontinuing the drug include dyspepsia, abdominal pain. Attention should be paid to the risk of cardiovascular thromboembolism (see warnings and cautions).
|Overdose and management||
Celecoxib is a selective COX-2 inhibitor nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.
Absorption: Celecoxib is rapidly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. When celecoxib capsules were taken with a high fat meal, peak plasma levels were delayed for about 1 to 2 hours, compared to fasting conditions, with an increase in total absorption (AUC) of 10% to 20%. Agilecox 100 can be given without regard to timing of meals.

For the treatment of primary dysmenorrhoea.
