As with other antihypertensive drugs, caution should be taken when driving a vehicle and operating machines because losartan and hydrochlorothiazide may cause headache, dizziness, fatigue, especially at the beginning of treatment or when the dose is increased.

– Other antihypertensive drugs: The antihypertensive effect of Agilosart-H 50/12.5 can be increased in combination with other antihypertensive drugs.

|Overdose and management||
Limited data are available regarding losartan overdose in humans.
Agilosart-H 50/12.5 tablet contains losartan and hydrochlorothiazide, which are used once daily in fixed-dose combination to control high blood pressure. This effect is thought to be a result of the complimentary actions of both components, causing additive effect on blood pressure reduction, reducing blood pressure to a greater degree than either component alone.

Agilosart-H 50/12.5 is a combination of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide used to treat idiopathic hypertension in adults, especially whose blood pressure has not been adequately controlled by losartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone.
This drug is not indicated for initial therapy of hypertension.
Agilosart-H 50/12.5 may be administered with other antihypertensive agents if it is required.
